It was just a suitable option for a short layover in Zagreb, great for the money. We picked up some snacks and wine from a nearby grocery store to enjoy while sitting in the park across the street. Check the noise level if you're sensitive, as the trams can disturb your sleep.

ideal location for train travel, clean facilities, spacious room size

The central heating system is overly aggressive, making rooms stifling!!! Expect showers to spray water all over the bathroom floor, and those awkward tubs are challenging to navigate!!!

Not exactly what I expected

The location is ideal, right by the train station, and the breakfast selection was plentiful, featuring both hot and cold options.

The room's soundproofing proved inadequate. streetcars and trains disrupted my sleep throughout the night.

Hotel Central is in a fabulous spot, just a short stroll to the old town. We had a quadruple room that was spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options to please everyone in our family. The staff members were incredibly warm and willing to help us with any requests.

the hotel offers a free filtered water station. check-in was slow with only two staff.

Interaction with staff was mixed. while some were friendly, others were noticeably curt, particularly in the bar area.

Enjoyed a spacious Comfort Double Room, perfect for family with kids. Breakfast featured delightful pastries from nearby bakeries. Although the interior felt retro, it exuded charm. Tip, Keep earplugs handy due to street noise. a lovely stay with friendly but reserved staff!
